Ryker at 1 month

Time has been flying by and it is almost time to post his two month update!  I can't believe it.  Each day we fall in love with our little one more and more.  As soon as we brought him home he was wanting to hold  his head up on his own.  He also rolled onto his side when placed on his stomach the second day home.  I was able to video tape it, and was super surprised when he pushed his little body over.  He loves to be held and cuddled, loves white noise and has a hard time falling asleep.  Although, he takes little cat naps in my arms every time I feed him.  He has also gone through periods where all he wants to do is eat nonstop!  It was hard at first because I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything throughout the day, but I soon realized that feeding him was the most important thing for me to be doing and I have been cherishing every moment since.  He also loves to go for car rides.  At his two week check up he was back to his birth weight and did such a great job until he had to get his PKU testing done.  Unfortunately he had to go back in because the test wasn't good enough and they had to redo it!  Poor boy, it went much better the second time.  He is such our little cuddle bug and loves to lay on our chests and sleep.  Some nicknames that we call him are: Ry Ry, monkey man, little man, and munchkin.  Here are some pictures from his first month.
